GINA is obsessed with good food and sharing it with people she loves. We are all pretty sure it is her general calling in life to feed people. She also loves making cheese, traveling, reading and learning just about anything. One of her New Year’s resolutions is to learn how to cure olives. If you have any experience, you should call her. Gina is the official Food 4 Thought test kitchen queen and manages the administrative side of things.
TONY is not only cute, but smart too. He makes his own wine, is learning to play the guitar and aspires to become an accordion player wandering the streets of Italy asking for tips. Tony is the guy in charge of delivering your produce every week and makes Gina very happy to be alive. Together Tony and Gina enjoy traveling, feeding people, gardening and of course Food 4 Thought. By these descriptions you would think they were grandparents. But no! In reality they are actually youngsters!
TJ is Gina's brother and a surfing vagabond who helps harvest crops at Natura Farms. He can be easily spotted by his lack of shoes or a shirt and normally has some sort of mohawk. TJ owned a horse tour company in Uruguay and may be the only person who can uncork a bottle of wine while running on horseback. He tends to eat almost as much produce as he harvests and is particularly fond of the raw green leaves of broccoli plants. TJ has a fantastic attitude about life, a sharp business mind, and his hard work is vital to Food 4 Thought. He aspires to one day have his own organic, self-sustaining farm in Costa Rica.
